PureCombat was back Friday, June 6th in Visalia, Ca. providing excellent entertainment at the Convention Center with 9 action packed fights, with an HD quality video stream on large Arena Projection Screens. Their was also the beautiful PureCombat Hot Squad Dancers performing throughout the show. The show was great, and you couldn’t ask for a better finish with an awe striking Knockout by the PureCombat Welterweight Champion Brett Cooper.
Dustin “ the Rooster” Arden ( 9-7-1 ) and the Champion Brett Cooper ( 8-4 ) came out swinging from the opening bell, just pounding on each other through out the round. But it was only 39 seconds into the 2nd round, when Cooper caught Arden with a hook, sending him to the canvas. The referee Josh Rosenthal quickly stepped in to stop the match. A couple of minutes later Dustin Arden was still struggling to get up! The punch was so fast I think must of the crowd missed it.
In the semi-main events Elvis Franco ( 0-1 -1 ) fighting for Team Ochoa out of Hanford Ca. defeated Hector Alatorre ( 0-1 ) Vaya Con Dios Boxing Club, Tulare, Ca. by guillotine choke at 3:36 of the 2nd round. Jesse Bowen ( 2-3 ) Team STACT House, Merced, Ca. defeated Dan Pineda ( 1-3 ) King’s Knights Visalia, Ca. by triangle choke . David Granados (5-3-1 ) Team Last Stand Merced Ca. delivered a beat down on Brandon Miller ( 3 -2 ) King’s Knights Tulare, Ca. winning by TKO at 2:17 of the 2nd Round.
